Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and well-qualified English / Communication Skills Faculty to teach degree college students and help them develop strong English language, communication, presentation, and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- conduct engaging lectures on English Language and Communication Skills.
- Improve students’ spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing, and presentation skills.
- Train students in public speaking, group discussions, interviews, and professional communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct interactive activities, role plays, debates, presentations, and group discussions.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and support their overall personality and professional development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and assessment details.
- Participate in college academic activities, workshops, seminars, and events.





Qualification

- M.A. in English – Mandatory
- NET / SET / Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience in a Degree College will be preferred.

Experience

- Experience teaching English / Communication Skills / Soft Skills at the undergraduate level is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and presentation skills may also apply.

Additional Preference

- Part-time candidates are also preferred and encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who can commit to fixed teaching hours on selected days may be considered.

Salary: As per experience, qualification, and institutional norms.

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
