Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to understand customer requirements, provide appropriate information, and ensure consistent follow-up until successful closure. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be passionate about building robust customer relationships.(Work Mode: Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements by interacting with prospective clients over phone calls.
- Explain the company's products and services based on the customer's needs.
- Conduct outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospects regularly until the sales or service process is successfully closed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Malayalam communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
