JOB DESCRIPTION:-

What You'll Do

- Support the business development team in identifying and researching potential customers and target industries.
- Assist with outbound activities including email, LinkedIn, calling, and other sales channels.
- Use AI tools to research prospects, create personalized outreach, and build sales assets.
- Help maintain and update the sales pipeline and track leads and opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and support the team in preparing for customer conversations.
- Work closely with the Founders Office and sales team on GTM initiatives and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand and communicate Auxy AI's solutions.
- Learn the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to meetings and deal closure.

Who You Are

- Interested in Business Development, Sales, SaaS, AI, or startups.
- Have an AI-first mindset and are comfortable using AI tools for research, writing, and outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and business stakeholders.
- Have a robust bias for action and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good at researching companies,



understanding business needs, and identifying potential opportunities.

Good to Have

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Prior internship, college project, or experience in sales, business development, marketing, or startups.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales automation platforms.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
