Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer with 8-10 years of expertise in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP execution, ensuring quality compliance, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day MEP construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams for seamless project execution.
- Review and resolve MEP design, installation, and site execution issues.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, and ELV systems.
- Verify quantities, material specifications, workmanship, and contractor performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, progress reports, inspections, measurements, and compliance records are maintained.
- Support project planning, budgeting, procurement, and resource management activities.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years of experience in MEP project execution within residential and commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Building Services systems.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance coordination.
- Ability to review and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Strong experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Good understanding of MEP design coordination and clash resolution.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Excellent project coordination, execution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast-paced construction environments.
- Detail-oriented professional with a focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Experience in real estate and high-rise residential/commercial developments will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
