We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to lead residential apartment sales. The role involves driving bookings, managing the sales team, handling channel partners, and ensuring an excellent customer buying experience from site visit to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales of residential apartment projects
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build, train, and motivate the sales team to improve conversions
- Manage walk-ins, site visits, and high-value client negotiations
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Track leads, sales funnel, and closures through CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and launches
- Handle pricing strategy, discounts, and approval processes
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
- Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates

- Strong knowledge of residential real estate sales processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Proven team-handling and leadership ability
- Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Experience between 2 to 5 years and Minimmum 1 years experience working with developers or real estate firms required
