Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Assist the Recruitment Team in achieving hiring targets.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, or Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with HR Internship experience will have an added advantage.
