We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospital Administration Faculty to deliver engaging online training for our Diploma in Hospital Administration programme. Key Responsibilities Deliver live, interactive online classes for Diploma in Hospital Administration students. Teach the curriculum using practical healthcare scenarios, case studies, and real-world examples. Mentor students by providing academic guidance, assignment support, and career insights. Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Develop, update, and enhance training materials, presentations, and learning resources. Encourage active participation and maintain a positive virtual learning environment. Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining high teaching standards.

Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Qualification MBA in Hospital Administration, MHA (Master of Hospital Administration), or Master's Degree in Hospital Administration.

Experience 2–7 years of experience in Hospital Administration,



Healthcare Management, Hospital Operations, or Healthcare Training.

Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or conducting online classes will be an added advantage. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.

Experience using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Professional, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality education. Work Schedule Remote / Work from Home Evening classes Approximately 5–6 hours per week Versatile schedule based on batch timings Compensation ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month Compensation will be based on qualifications, teaching experience, subject expertise, and class allocation.
