Job Description:

We are hiring a General Manager to lead the full operations of our outlet in Bhubaneswar.
The GM will oversee daily functioning, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead and supervise FOH & BOH teams.
- Maintain high service standards, hygiene, grooming, and guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Prepare staff schedules, conduct daily briefings, and ensure discipline.
- Drive sales, upselling, and promotional activities.
- Monitor stock levels, cost control, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and maintenance teams for smooth functioning.





Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager/GM.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations & customer service.
- Well-groomed, confident, and able to manage a high-footfall outlet.
