As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle, supporting talent sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination. This role provides practical exposure to real-time hiring for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media platforms,



and referrals

Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements and hiring criteria

Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, interest, and availability

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards

Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and next steps

Support recruiters in meeting hiring targets and timelines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
