Telecaller – Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Location: Bopal–Ambli Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and connect with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Support customer communication and coordination.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English,



and Gujarati is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
