Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Job Purpose: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing and building modern, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies and be comfortable working in cloud-native, microservices-based architectures

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.

Experience: 8 Years

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain and validate scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Design and optimize relational database schemas in PostgreSQL.
- Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ.
- Manage database schema versioning and migrations using Liquibase.
- Zustand for state management
- Implement secure secret management and application security practices using OpenBao.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-quality code.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders.




- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Apply prompt engineering for software development tasks.
- Use AI for code generation, refactoring, optimization, testing, and documentation.
- Leverage AI for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Apply responsible AI development practices.

Mandatory:‍

Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Responsive UI, Redux/Context API

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth, Microservices

Database: PostgreSQL, Database design, Performance tuning, SQL optimization

Messaging: RabbitMQ, Event-driven architecture

Database Migration: Liquibase, Database version control

Security: OpenBao, Secrets management, Secure application development, API security

Development Practices: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Unit & Integration Testing, Agile/Scrum, SOLID, Clean Architecture

Soft Skill:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ownership mindset with robust attention to quality.
- Ability to mentor junior developers.
