E-commerce Executives-

Our company is a market leader in the UK, committed to providing best of the products at reasonable price and a quality customer service. We are currently seeking a Website Executive to join our energetic team. As a Website Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online presence, ensuring that our websites are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our business objectives.

Role Summary :
The Shopify Executive will be responsible for optimising website performance, driving conversions, and supporting growth through data-driven decisions and CRO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimise Shopify stores for performance and conversions
- Lead CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) activities
- Analyse user behaviour, sales funnels and website performance
- Improve site structure, product pages and checkout flow
- Manage product, pricing and collection strategy
- Work closely with PPC, SEO, Developer and design teams to improve results
- Support marketplace integrations and advanced site functions

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Shopify experience




- Good understanding of CRO techniques and website optimisation
- Strong analytics and reporting skills (GA4, Shopify reports, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, collections and checkout flows
- Robust CRO and UX optimisation skills
- Solid understanding of GA4, Shopify analytics and funnel reporting
- Experience using heatmaps, session recordings and A/B testing tools (Hotjar, Clarity, VWO, etc.)
- Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate and CAC
- Ability to work with Tag Manager, tracking pixels and event setup
- Experience managing apps, APIs and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Shopify
