Shifts: Rotational (Day Shift / Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Executive

· Manage Pre & post-Booking Assistance

· Co-ordinate with internal team for Handover & On-Trip Support

· Support during emergency requirement and issues related to Vehicle

· Manage customers on Post-Trip Settlement & Returns

· Handle request related to Fleet Operations

## Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 0 months to 1 year of support experience in any industry (Automotive, Hospitality, E-commerce, or BPO experience is a plus).
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and the local language of the hiring city).




- Strong customer handling skills, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment, including rotational Day Shift & Night shifts.
