About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 5–6 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design and team management skills, experience in handling projects independently, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from concept development and planning through detailed design, drawings, documentation, and execution support, while ensuring quality, timelines, and project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage assigned architectural projects from initial planning and concept development to execution.
- Develop architectural concepts, space planning, layouts, design proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, construction drawings, and documentation.
- Develop layouts considering functional requirements, workflows, zoning, circulation,



and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants to ensure integrated project execution.
- Understand project briefs, client requirements, area programs, and design requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of drawings.
- Coordinate with site teams and consultants during the execution stage and resolve design-related issues.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Review drawings prepared by junior architects and provide technical/design guidance.
- Manage multiple projects or project stages simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project reviews.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, healthcare planning standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support preparation of BOQs, specifications, tender documentation, and other project-related documents when required.
- Maintain proper project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and support overall team productivity.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design development,



and working drawings.
- Good understanding of hospital/healthcare planning will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of building planning principles, circulation, zoning, and functional planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of Blender, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape or similar software will be an advantage.
- Strong design development and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of construction details and materials.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive project management and time-management abilities.
- Ability to independently handle responsibilities and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

Experience

- 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare projects, institutional projects, commercial projects, or large-scale architectural projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling projects independently from concept to execution will be given preference.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
