- Manage client DC server and storage hardware equipment inventory.
- Monitor server equipment performance as per the defined checklist.
- Handle first-level escalations for server hardware and operating system–related calls.
- Monitor DC server equipment performance as per defined guidelines and escalate to vendors in case of device failure.
- Follow the backup process in line with client’s backup policy.
- Report first-level server hardware and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with the system admin team for patch updates and follow instructions provided by designated client personnel.
- Generate periodic reports.
- Execute End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) processes.
- Coordinate with or escalate to respective vendors as per the escalation matrix.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
