Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and performance analysis. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns when required.
- Generate creative ideas to improve audience engagement and lead generation.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid social advertising platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
