Senior QS Engineer – Tendering
We are looking for an experienced Senior QS Engineer – Tendering to handle quantity surveying, tendering, estimation, and commercial activities for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and tender documents.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work for tender preparation.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Conduct comparative statements and commercial evaluations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting competitive tenders.
- Coordinate with project, technical, procurement, and commercial teams during the tendering process.
- Identify cost risks, discrepancies, and potential savings.
- Ensure tender submissions are accurate and completed within deadlines.
Requirements
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience: 10–15 Years
- Solid experience in Quantity Surveying and Tendering
- Good knowledge of construction costing, estimation, BOQ, and tender procedures.
