We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.





Requirements

- Experience: 1–2 years in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Qualification

- Diploma in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pattambi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- Performance marketing: 2 years (Required)
