About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, branding, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas into visually appealing graphics and videos.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Design creative posts, banners, advertisements, social media creatives, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Create branding and promotional creatives according to client requirements.
- Design graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Work with typography, layouts, colors, images, and brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- Create product creatives, promotional banners, thumbnails, and presentations.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos, Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Create engaging videos using cuts, transitions, text animation, effects, music, and sound effects.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations when required.
- Edit videos according to different social media formats and trends.
- Add subtitles, captions, graphics, and visual effects to videos.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across video content.

Client & Team Coordination





- Understand creative briefs and convert them into effective designs/videos.
- Make revisions based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and web development teams.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design, video-editing, and social media trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar video-editing tools.
- Knowledge of Canva will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Good understanding of social media design and video formats.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Valuable time-management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Knowledge of AI design and video-generation tools.
- Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing.
- Experience working with multiple clients or an agency environment.
- Understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic photography/product photography knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- COREL: 3 years (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 3 years (Preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Preferred)
