Seed Outsourcing is looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Gurugram.
Location: Sector 28, Gurugram (Near Phase 1 Rapid Metro)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: UK Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns
- Build and segment email lists
- Create engaging email content and automation workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Support lead generation initiatives with the sales team
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Email Marketing & CRM tools
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation and Analytics
- Solid lead generation and communication skills
- B2B marketing experience preferred (Legal industry exposure is a plus)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
