Job Description
The Monarch Enterprises is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries politely.
Required Skills
- Positive communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets.
Eligibility
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
