- Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) checklists and quality procedures.
- Review project specifications, approved drawings, datasheets and applicable codes/standards to establish quality requirements.
- Prepare project specifications, datasheets and applicable codes/standards to establish quality requirements.
- Carry out inspection, quality checks and prepare inspection reports for system equipments, piping, structural works, fabrication, instruments and installation activities.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify MTCs, test certificates, inspection reports and material specifications.
- Ensure fabrication and installation are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, tolerances and applicable standards.
- Conduct/coordinate inspections for all system components / items. Few examples:
- Piping fabrication and erection
- Welding and fit-up
- Equipment installation
- Pumps and mechanical equipment
- Structural supports
- Valves and piping accessories
- Instruments
- Hydro/pneumatic/pressure testing
- Coordinate NDT, pressure testing, inspection and third-party inspection activities wherever applicable.
- Verify welding procedures, welder qualifications and welding consumables where applicable.
- Prepare and close NCRs, observations, punch points and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspection requests, approvals,
clearances and quality documentation.
- Maintain complete and traceable QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
- Prepare and compile Quality Dossiers / Manufacturing Record Books / Final Documentation as required by the project.
- Ensure proper documentation of testing, MDCC, commissioning and handover records.
- Ensure quality requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle and not only at the final inspection stage.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Procurement, Project Execution and Commissioning teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
