Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have a good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Modify drawings based on architect/client comments.
- Prepare door, window, staircase, toilet, kitchen, and other architectural details.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and applicable building standards.
- Assist architects and engineers in preparing design and presentation drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, and revisions.




- Coordinate with site/project teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of building materials and construction details.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
