Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Transformer Manufacturing Company, and we are looking for an experienced QC Fabrication Engineer to join our Fabrication Department.
- Conduct quality inspections of fabrication activities as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Carry out vendor inspections and monitor the quality of fabricated components.
- Inspect fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, assembly and dimensional accuracy.
- Verify raw materials, fabricated components and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Identify deviations/non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports,
quality records and documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to required quality standards.
- Support final inspection and ensure products are released as per quality requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Fabrication or relevant discipline
- Experience in Fabrication Quality Control / Vendor Inspection preferred.
- Solid knowledge of fabrication processes and inspection activities.
- Candidates with experience in transformer manufacturing / heavy engineering / electrical equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
