We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, promoting our educational programs, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, visits, networking, and other business development activities.

Connect with prospective students, parents, schools, and other potential clients.

Explain courses, programs, and services effectively.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into admissions/business opportunities.

Visit schools, institutions, and other locations to generate leads when required.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly business development targets.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and counselling teams.

Prepare regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities.

Requirements

Any degree qualification.

Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
