Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care Assistance

- Support patients with feeding, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist patients with mobilization, walking, transport to diagnostics.
- Ensure comfort measures such as position change and bedding adjustments.
- Maintain dignity, respect, and privacy of patients.

2. Vital Support Duties (under supervision)

- Check vital signs (if trained) and report to staff nurse immediately.
- Monitor patient call bell requests and respond promptly.
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

3. Hygiene & Infection Control

- Maintain patient room, beds, and surroundings clean and organized.
- Dispose clinical waste as per infection control guidelines.

4. Ward Support Functions

- Assist in preparing patient for procedures.
- Arrange and maintain ward supplies, linen, and equipment.
- Transport blood samples,



medicines, files, and reports as required.
- Ensure safe lifting and patient handling practices.

5. Communication & Reporting

- Report changes in patient condition to Staff Nurse immediately.
- Maintain polite communication with patients and attendants.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical conduct at all times.

6. Documentation & Record Support

- Assist in maintaining ward registers and supply records.
- Help staff nurse in maintaining linens and inventory updates.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
