Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Monitor production of Pump Controllers and Ventilation Fans and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Allocate manpower effectively across production lines and monitor productivity.
- Ensure availability of materials, components, tools, and equipment before production.
- Monitor line balancing, cycle time, rejection, rework, and production efficiency.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved SOPs, work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, PPC, and HR for smooth production.
- Identify production issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Monitor machine/equipment breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance for quick resolution.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and downtime records.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, Kaizen, safety procedures, and housekeeping.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure employees follow PPE and safety requirements.
- Train and guide operators on process requirements and work instructions.
- Monitor operator attendance, discipline, and performance.




- Support new product/process trials and process improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handling and traceability of materials and finished goods.
- Prepare and submit daily/shift production reports to management.

SAP Responsibilities – Mandatory

- SAP knowledge is mandatory for production-related activities.
- Perform/monitor production-related SAP transactions and confirmations.
- Update production quantities, material consumption, and production status in SAP.
- Check Production Orders / Work Orders and their status.
- Coordinate with Stores/PPC for material availability and shortages through SAP.
- Support BOM, routing, material movement, and production order related activities.
- Ensure SAP production data is accurate and updated on time.
- Generate/maintain SAP-based production reports as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
