- Provide legal advice on direct and indirect tax matters, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, affidavits, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients before tax authorities, tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies, where authorized.
- Handle litigation relating to income tax, GST, company law, labor law, and other commercial matters.
- Assist in legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring assignments.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants on client matters requiring both legal and financial expertise.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and judicial precedents, and provide timely updates to the team.
- Respond to legal notices and prepare replies, appeals, petitions, and other legal filings.
- Liaise with government departments, regulatory authorities, and external legal counsel as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure ethical legal practice.

Qualifications

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
