About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, connecting with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and market visits.
- Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams.
- Prepare quotations and share product information with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.




- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with calling and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred

Experience in interior, modular kitchen, wardrobe, tiles, bathware, construction, or building materials will be an advantage.
