Job Summary

Experience in designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving multiple elementary layer tools and ticketing tools with Event management/correlation tool. Candidate should have design experience in Network, Security, Infra & Cloud monitoring with good understanding of Observability tools. Experience on SolarWinds NAM, SAM, SRM, DPA, HCO and other modules. Candidate should be experienced in implementing SolarWinds in cloud and on-premises for monitoring of servers, applications, databases and network devices. Experience in Windows, Linux OS infrastructure monitoring and their hosted applications. Experience in Network product monitoring like switches, routers, firewalls, LB etc. Experience on various network monitoring protocols like SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow etc. Experienced in database monitoring using default SAM templates and or creating custom templated by executing SQL query for monitoring. Creating various platform specific Alerts and Reporting scenario-based requirements from customers. Experience in implementing and integrating Solarwinds with third party applications like MoogSoft & SNOW for dashboard and alerts. Experience in MS Database and creating custom SWQL queries. Should have knowledge on at least one script like power shell, python etc. Valuable understanding of various Microsoft authentication protocols, like SAMAL, LDAP etc. Should be able to configure Cloud account MS Azure, AWS, GCP to interact with Solarwinds platform. Understanding of SAN, NAS and RAID technologies. Understanding infra, application availability SLA and having experience in troubleshooting scenario-based performance challenges and suggesting best practice.
