Mrs India International Queen is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Video Editor and Producer to lead the end-to-end production of premium video content for our pageant, contestants, winners, events, interviews, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Conceptualise, plan, produce and execute high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- ⁠ ⁠Lead video production for pageant events, auditions, shoots, interviews, backstage content and promotional campaigns.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage the complete production process — concept, scripting, shooting, direction, editing, sound, colour grading and final delivery.
- ⁠ ⁠Direct videographers, editors, photographers, production assistants and freelancers when required.
- ⁠ ⁠Create Reels, Shorts, cinematic videos, interviews, teasers, trailers, event aftermovies and brand films.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop visually compelling storytelling that strengthens the MIIQ brand image and online reputation.
- ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Founder/Director, Marketing and Content teams to convert campaigns and ideas into engaging video content.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent premium, elegant and aspirational visual quality across all MIIQ platforms.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay updated with social media trends, AI video tools, editing techniques and emerging content formats.

Required Skills





- ⁠ ⁠5+ years of professional experience in video production, filmmaking, digital media or entertainment.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in video shooting, lighting, cinematography, editing and storytelling.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience producing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social-media-first video production and audience retention.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
- ⁠ ⁠Solid creative vision, leadership and communication skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, events, entertainment or pageants will be an advantage.
