The Sales Officer for Roofing Sheets will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution within the roofing sheet segment. This role requires a deep understanding of roofing materials, market trends, and customer needs, along with robust project management and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Retail Sales:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and fabricators.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
- Ensure adequate product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Assist dealers in promotional activities and marketing support.
Project Sales:
- Identify and approach builders, architects, contractors, and project developers.
- Generate and follow up on project leads.
- Prepare and present quotations,
negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and product demonstrations.
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the region.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide customer support and handle post-sales service issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
