Explain product features, quality, pricing, and care instructions.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock verification.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Stay updated on recent collections, jewellery trends, and promotions.

Follow company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).





Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Basic computer knowledge and billing software proficiency.

Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
