Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new international business opportunities through market research, online platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long term export customers and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers.
- Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), product specifications, and commercial proposals with overseas customers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, purchase orders, payments, shipment schedules, and post-sales support.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export policies, and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, quotations,



and follow-up activities in the company's CRM/ERP system.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and recent business opportunities.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, meetings, and virtual business development activities as required.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote the company's product portfolio, including rice, spices, pulses, lentils, superfoods, and other FMCG products in international markets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
