Coordinate academic activities, support teachers, ensure effective curriculum implementation, and monitor student progress to maintain high educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide teachers in academic planning.
- Monitor lesson delivery and curriculum implementation.
- Prepare timetables, assessments, and academic reports.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with parents and school management.
- Organize teacher training and meetings.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with B.Ed.
- 1-5 years of teaching experience.
- Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
