Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing leads, respond to client inquiries, coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in handling day-to-day sales activities.
- Respond to client inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain and update client and lead databases.
- Schedule client meetings and follow-ups for the client.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and sales reports.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to the sales process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, real estate or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Good English communication skills.
- Client handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management.
- Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
