- Monitor day-to-day finishing tasks including masonry, false ceilings, stone cladding, and joinery work.
- Inspect completed sections, explicit snag lists, and fix defects before client handover.
- Read and interpret complex architectural and interior layout drawings.
- Direct and manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and safety compliance logs.
- Qualification - B.Tech or Dipoloma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience - 8 to 10 years of experience in High Rise Building / Real Estate industry.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
