Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT services team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge or a keen interest in Upwork, online bidding, lead generation, and IT staff augmentation. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in identifying and bidding on relevant projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
● Prepare and submit custom proposals, bids, and cover letters based on client requirements.
● Support lead generation efforts via online platforms, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
● Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings and prepare accurate client proposals.
● Follow up with potential leads to convert them into business opportunities.
● Maintain records of bids, responses, and project pipelines.




● Assist in promoting staff augmentation and resource outsourcing services to global clients.

Requirements:

● 0–2 years of experience in business development, online bidding, or sales in the IT or software services domain.
● Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Interest in IT services, outsourcing, and staff augmentation models.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have:

● Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
● Previous internship or freelance experience in IT sales or online bidding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
