Role : Senior Implementation Consultant – BFSI [CRM]

The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Implementation Leader to drive large-scale deployments of LeadSquared’s Platform. This role will own end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise BFSI clients

- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across BFSI customers

- Translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture and configurations

- Oversee platform configuration, integrations (APIs), and custom workflows

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and process optimization

- Manage project timelines, risks, escalations, and delivery governance

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales,



and Support teams for seamless execution

- Lead client workshops, solution design discussions, and executive reviews

- Ensure successful go-live, adoption, and post-implementation stability

- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of implementation processes.

Requirements:

- 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation / consulting / delivery roles

- Strong experience in CRM and BFSI domain

- Proven track record of handling enterprise-scale implementations

- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and solution architecture

- Strong understanding of lending lifecycle (origination, underwriting, disbursal)

- Experience with CRM / Marketing Automation platforms

- Exposure to agile delivery methodologies

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
