Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Nurses. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. You will work in a collaborative setting within our multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal healthcare services. Key responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications and treatments, assisting with diagnostic tests, and educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families,



and healthcare team members
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of nursing best practices and protocols
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Empathy and compassion for patient care and well-being
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
