Key Responsibilities

- Conduct developmental assessments to identify delays, strengths, and areas requiring intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's developmental needs.
- Provide structured one-to-one and group therapy sessions.
- Work on gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, communication, social, emotional, sensory, and adaptive skills as appropriate.
- Use age-appropriate therapeutic activities, play-based interventions, and learning techniques.
- Monitor children's progress regularly and modify intervention plans when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date assessment, treatment, progress, and attendance records.
- Coordinate with other professionals such as psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and medical professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and review meetings.




- Identify any significant changes or concerns in a child's development and report them to the concerned clinical supervisor.
- Support early intervention programs and developmental screening activities.
- Conduct parent education and awareness sessions when required.
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain the therapy environment in a protected and child-friendly manner.
- Ensure proper safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and ethical standards during therapy sessions.
- Participate in centre activities, training programs, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Centre Head

3. Qualifications

- Master's degree in Child Development

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
