Position: Purchase Executive

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

o Supervise the work of a department.
o Responsible for quality & safety of product
o Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
o Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
o Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
o Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
o Managing the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
o Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
o Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
o Tracking Pending PR.
o Sending RFQ on time. Timely generating Purchase Order & sending to supplier. Taking supplier acknowledgement for receipt of PO and taking tentative dispatch date.




o Regular Coordination with Plant Stores, QA & Production & other factory dept. for planning & requirement of material.
o Searching recent supplier for RM/PM/GMP and save the cost of material and transport charges
o Monitoring supplier payment regularly, Coordination with Accounts team for Timely payment to suppliers, solving supplier's payment related queries.
o Monitoring material rejected, Timely returning of rejected material,
