Role Overview
As an Associate – Customer Support, you'll be the voice of Cityflo and the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's answering queries, resolving concerns, or guiding passengers through their journey, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create happy commuters. You'll also work with Sage AI, our AI-powered support assistant, to deliver faster resolutions, improve productivity, and enhance the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

● Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and emails.
● Provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
● Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling heard and valued.

Resolve Issues with Empathy





● Understand customer concerns and resolve them with professionalism and care.
● Take ownership of customer issues until they are fully resolved.
● Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams whenever required.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
● Update internal systems with relevant information.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolutions.
● Share customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve our services.

What We're Looking For

● Excellent communication skills in English.
● Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
● Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
● A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI-powered tools like Sage AI.
