Position: Business Development Executive – Fresher

Purpose: Onboarding / Client Acquisition

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle the onboarding of current clients.

- Identify and approach potential clients.

- Explain company services and onboarding process to clients.

- Follow up with interested clients and complete the onboarding process.

- Maintain regular communication with clients.

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding.

- Maintain proper records of clients and follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned onboarding/business development targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills.

- Confident and presentable personality.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Good follow-up and convincing skills.

- Willingness to learn.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Location: South Kolkata

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm

Joining: Immediate,

Pay: ₹10,000.09 - ₹30,000.09 per month
