Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Posting Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately posting electronic (ERA) and manual (EOB) payments, identifying contractual adjustments, logging rejections/denials, and reconciling daily financial deposits to ensure clean account balances.

Key ResponsibilitiesPayment Entry: Accurately post payments, contractual write-offs, co-pays, deductibles, and adjustments from Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and paper Explanation of Advantages (EOBs) into the billing software.Reconciliation: Reconcile posted payments daily against bank deposits, lockbox accounts, and batch control totals.Denial & Rejection Tracking: Identify, code, and route denied or underpaid claims to the AR/Denials management team for appeals and follow-up.Unapplied Cash Resolution: Investigate suspense accounts, unapplied credit balances,



and zero-pay vouchers to ensure proper account allocation. Compliance & Quality: Maintain 100% compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards for data accuracy and patient privacy. Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, or related field preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on payment posting experience in US Medical Billing / RCM. Technical Knowledge:In-depth understanding of EOBs, ERAs, ANSI 835 files, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and PR/CO reason codes. Proficiency in medical billing platforms (e.g., eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Kareo, AthenaHealth) and MS Excel.Soft Skills: High numerical accuracy, sharp attention to detail, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
