Opportunity for the Position of CNC Turning Programmer

- Designation (Role): CNC Turning Programmer
- Department (Functional Area): Production / Tool Room
- Reporting To: HOD
- Company/Working Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
- Salary: 2.5 to 4 LPA (depending on experience)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Turner, Machinist, or equivalent
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC Turning machines to manufacture components as per engineering drawings.
- Develop and edit CNC Turning programs as per drawing and specifications.




- Operate and program CNC Turning machines with FANUC Controller.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, speeds and feeds.
- Set up tool offsets, work offsets and machine parameters.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform first-piece inspection and make program corrections when required.
- Optimize programs to improve cycle time, tool life and productivity.
- Troubleshoot machining/programming issues and ensure quality production.
- Maintain CNC programs, tool records and setup documentation.

Key Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of CNC Turning machine Programming
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; basics.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, feeds, and speeds.
- Understanding of machine setup, offsets, and basic troubleshooting.
- Awareness of quality standards and inspection methods.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
