Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operations of a restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth daily operations, team performance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B; service team.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, and operational performance.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, stock levels, and operational costs.




- Drive upselling and promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
- Support events, special occasions, and high-volume service operations.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in restaurant/F&B; operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control.
- Ability to handle high-volume operations and challenging situations.
- Solid customer-service orientation with a professional approach.
- Experience in reputed restaurants, bars, hotels, or hospitality brands will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary will be offered above the candidate's current salary, depending on experience, skills, and overall profile.
