Position Purpose

The Sales Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and driving business through channel partners, brokers, property consultants, referral networks, corporate tie-ups, and direct sourcing initiatives. The role focuses on maximizing project visibility, lead generation, site visits, and sales conversions across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner & Broker Network Management

- Identify, appoint, develop, and manage Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants.
- Build a strong sourcing network across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Thane, Nagpur, and surrounding markets.
- Conduct regular engagement meetings, project presentations, and relationship-building activities.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, offers, pricing, and inventory availability.

Lead Generation & Business Development

- Generate qualified leads through sourcing channels, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and strategic alliances.
- Drive site visits, customer meetings, and booking conversions.
- Develop innovative sourcing initiatives to enhance sales pipeline and market penetration.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Sales Support & Conversion

- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor lead status, site visits, negotiations, and booking closures.




- Support channel partners in customer handling, project presentations, and deal closures.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor projects, pricing, market trends, and channel partner activities.
- Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and potential sourcing channels.

Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, investors, HNIs, and referral associates.
- Organize CP meets, project launches, networking events, and recognition programs.
- Resolve channel partner concerns and ensure timely payout coordination.

Reporting & MIS

- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing performance reports.
- Monitor sourcing efficiency, conversion ratios, and ROI of sourcing initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Sourcing, Channel Partner Management, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in residential high-rise, township, villa, bungalow, or plotted development projects.
- Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants in the relevant market.

Pay: ₹297,813.40 - ₹980,344.20 per year
