Job Summary- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Voice and Accent (VOA) Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the communication skills, pronunciation, fluency, and customer interaction abilities of employees handling US logistics operations. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs that improve spoken English, neutralize accents where appropriate, and ensure associates meet client communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Voice and Accent training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct training sessions on pronunciation, intonation, stress, rhythm, clarity, grammar, and spoken English.
- Improve trainees' listening comprehension and communication skills for interactions with US-based customers and logistics partners.
- Assess trainees through voice evaluations, mock calls, and regular feedback sessions.
- Develop customized training content, activities, and learning materials based on business requirements.
- Coach employees individually and in groups to improve communication effectiveness and confidence.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and post-training evaluations.
- Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and performance documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends,



language learning techniques, and best practices in voice and accent training.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum *3+ years of experience* as a Voice and Accent Trainer.
- Experience in training employees for *voice-based processes*, preferably supporting US clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of American pronunciation, phonetics, grammar, and communication etiquette.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and coach learners with diverse communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the *US Logistics, Transportation, Freight Brokerage, Trucking, Supply Chain, or BPO/Call Center* industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with customer service standards and communication expectations for US clients.
- Experience conducting refresher training, calibration sessions, and communication audits.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
