- Develop and implement creative social media strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Conceptualize and oversee the creation of visually stunning and compelling content, including graphics, videos, animations, and more.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand voice, message, and goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).




- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
